A sticky brown sugar sponge delicately spiced with warming cinnamon and ginger. Filled with a soft apple centre, this delicious cake is topped with a swirl of vanilla buttercream. Finished with lashings of our toffee sauce and a butter crumble topping- handmade, of course :)
