This creamy Coconut Cloud Cake is the perfect cake for all of you coconut lovers out there!
Three layers of fluffy coconut sponge cake, filled with creamy vanilla frosting (or fresh Chantilly cream) and fruity raspberry conserve (other flavours available, please ask!)
Covered in our signature Madagascan vanilla buttercream, toasted flaked Californian almonds and a light dusting of dessicated coconut. Topped with swirls of buttercream and Rafaello balls (crisp coconut confectionery with smooth coconut filling and a whole almond).
